TRICHO COMPLEX / STEP 3
TRICHO COMPLEX / STEP 3
- Hair nutrition formula
I had normal hair (I'm 47), no previous problems, always in good condition then it started to come out in handfuls when I washed it last summer. Long and short of it, I did lots of research including speaking with nutritionist and had blood tests (no problems found). I took the following steps: 1) ordered the 3 piece kit. I found the spray made my hair brittle, so I don't use that, however, the scalp treatment is amazing and so are the tablets, which I buy as separate items. 2) I drink 1.5 litres of water a day 3) changed hairdressers after finding my original was using proxide on my hair, causing it to snap - I had my hair cut and its now coloured with no peroxide - my hairdresser is amazed how my hair has recovered in 4 months - it's nearly back to normal. 4) went back to the contraceptive pill I had been on before 5) use a leave in conditioner overnight every other night (KLORANE - Mango conditioner - amazing product) 6) In addition to the two PK tablets Morning & lunch) I take supplements before bed - 1 x B6, 1 x iron & 1 x primrose oil. With the Philip Kingsley products and all the above - I have seen such amazing results and the hair at the back of my scalp using the scalp treatment is much thicker than before I even started to have problems! It's expensive, but I would definitely recommend the scalp treatment & tablets 100% - but think about other aspects and make hair colour changes if applicable, get a blood test at the doctors (as thyroid can be a cause of hair loss and easily treated) and as advised by nutritionists, definitely DRINK WATER as this also helps your hair !!!!! Good luck
very very good
Excellent supplement, very simple to take, easy to swallow and do not taste unpleasant, my hair is hugely improved and I am happy to continue taking these supplements along with the other two items in the Tricotherapy range.
The instructions on line state 2 tablets to be taken together. However the pack states one at breakfast and one at lunch. I find taking two at breakfast does make me feel nauseous but one is fine with the second taken a little later.
I've persevered with these but I'm sick literally minutes after taking them. It does mention can upset delicate stomachs. I've never had an issue with any tablets. Not sure if I should continue
