Returns Policy

At Philip Kingsley, customer satisfaction is very important to us. For this reason, we will happily issue an exchange or refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise bought on www.philipkingsley.com if it is returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. All items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.

To make a return simply email us at: [email protected] with your request for a return, order number and our customer care team will respond promptly with instructions for your return. You will receive a refund of the purchase price of the product (original shipping costs are non-refundable).

Customers will be responsible for the cost of shipping returns. Upon the receipt of the return a credit will be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase, within one billing cycle.

Any gifts or samples received with your original order should not be returned and enjoyed with our compliments and appreciation.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and stand by the quality of our products. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team on [email protected] or +44 (0)207 237 7100 within 90 days of receiving your order.

You will just need to explain your reason for no longer wanting the product, or why you feel it is not working for you. We will always try to find an alternative product for you to use that may be better suited to your needs. If we are unable to find you a suitable alternative, we will happily refund your order within 90 days. Philip Kingsley reserves the right to reject any return requests if we believe there to have been an abuse of the promotion. Money will be refunded back into your account within 14 working days of receipt of returned product. Philip Kingsley is unable to extend this past 90 days and are unable to help with orders not placed on philipkingsley.co.uk or philipkingsley.com.

Our Money Back Guarantee does not apply to orders placed through our London Clinic, New York Clinic, prescribed Clinical products or products purchased as part of a subscription plan.
