Hair Spa Treatment
Our Hair Spa Treatments are ideal if you want to address a cosmetic hair concern such as dryness or breakage, or a scalp issue like mild dandruff. Relaxing, uplifting and invigorating, a Spa Treatment will leave your hair intensively conditioned, lustrous and full of new-found body. It will also refresh and stimulate your scalp. You will be provided with a blow-dryer and brushes to style your own hair afterwards.

Blonde Booster Hair Spa Treatment
This Hair Spa Treatment uses products designed to revitalise and hydrate blonde or highlighted hair. Relaxing, uplifting and invigorating, it will leave your blonde colour brightened, and your hair intensively conditioned, lustrous and full of new-found body. It will also refresh and stimulate your scalp. You will be provided with a blow-dryer and brushes to style your own hair afterwards.

Intensive Scale Removal
Intensive Scale Removal
Exclusively for existing Clients who have received a Consultation. This Treatment uses products prescribed by your Trichologist during your Initial Consultation or Follow-Up. It includes careful removal of thick, adherent scale from the scalp, using extra time under the steamer to loosen plaque. You will be provided with a blow-dryer and brushes to style your own hair afterwards.

Exclusively for existing Clinic Clients who have received a Consultation. This intensive, refreshing Treatment uses products prescribed by your Trichologist during your Initial Consultation or Follow-Up. You will be provided with a blow-dryer and brushes to style your own hair afterwards.

If you are concerned about hair loss and/or your scalp, but cannot visit our Clinics, we can still help. Before your appointment, your Trichologist will email you detailed forms to fill out. Please note, we will let you know when booking what information or photographs we need from you ahead of your virtual consultation. During your Consultation, they will discuss your concerns, and prescribe a bespoke treatment plan and hair care regime.
We have two options available for our virtual Consultation, a 45-minute Consultation or a 1-hour Consultation that includes four products; Shampoo, Conditioner, Scalp Cream and Elasticizer (worth $150.00), prescribed for your specific needs. The Consultation allows you access to the full range of our clinical products which are available only to those having telephone or in-clinic Consultations. $325 for 1 hour consultation (includes bespoke products) or $225 for 45 minute consultation.

- I am aware that based on the information provided, the Consultant will not be able to give a diagnosis but will be able to provide guidance/recommendations in terms of my hair/scalp concerns.
- I accept that the Consultant may suggest that it will be beneficial to attend the Clinic for my follow-up appointment in order to assess my hair/scalp. As well as make any alterations to my treatment/product regimen.

For existing Clinic Clients only. After your initial Consultation, your Trichologist will recommend appointments to check progress, monitor your hair and/or scalp concerns, and renew prescriptions. Follow-ups are usually advised once or twice yearly.

For existing Clinic Clients only. This service includes your 30-minute Follow-Up Appointment, plus a 60-minute Clinical Treatment. Follow-ups are usually advised once or twice yearly to check progress, monitor your hair and/or scalp concerns, and renew prescriptions. You will be provided with a blow-dryer and brushes to style your own hair afterwards.

Quick Check-In Appointment
For existing Clients only. This efficient 15-minute appointment allows your Trichologist to check in with you if you are experiencing any issues that cannot be resolved via email.
