This prize draw is open to all that meet the entry requirements for the prize draw. 

The prize draw opens on Thursday 19th of March 2025 and closes at 5pm (GMT) Thursday 26th March 2026 (“Entry Period”). 

The prize draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary. 

The number of entries that each user can make is unlimited.  

Entries received after the Entry Period will not be included in the prize draw. 

To be eligible for the prize draw within the Entry Period entrants are required to: follow @philip_kingsley and @townhouse on Instagram. Like the post. Tag a friend, family member, or anyone who deserves to be pampered along with “US” or “GB” to show whether entry is valid for the US or the UK competition (each comment = 1 entry).  Share post to your story for a bonus entry.  

Philip Kingsley reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not meet the above criteria.  

The prizes to be won are as follows: UK Entrant - a £200 Philip Kingsley Clinic Gift Card and £200 Townhouse Gift Card. US Entrant - $250 Philip Kingsley Clinic Gift Card and $250 Townhouse Gift Card 

The prize draw will take place between Friday 27th March 2026 and Wednesday 1st April 2026. There will be one US winner and one UK winner which will both be selected at random. 

There are no alternative prizes (other than at Philip Kingsley’s sole discretion) including cash alternative.  

The winners will be notified by Wednesday 1st April 2026. 

Each winner will be required to provide Philip Kingsley with their postal address via DM in order to claim their prize.  

The prize will be sent to the winners’ addresses within 28 days of each winner providing their contact details. 

Philip Kingsley make reasonable attempts to contact the winner. However, if Philip Kingsley fails to receive contact details from a winner within 14 days of Philip Kingsley notifying that winner, their prize shall be deemed to be unclaimed or unaccepted and a substitute winner may be chosen by Philip Kingsley at their discretion. 

Philip Kingsley will not be responsible or liable for any prize that is unclaimed or declined.  

Philip Kingsley reserves the right to substitute the prizes offered (such prizes to be of equal or greater value) and/or alter the prize draw in any way, including cancelling or withdrawing the prize draw altogether.  

All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions. By entering the prize draw all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and Tik Tok & Instagram’s Terms of Use. Non-compliance may render an entrant ineligible to receive the prize. 

Philip Kingsley reserves the right to withhold prizes in the event of non-compliance with these terms and conditions or if Philip Kingsley deems, in its absolute discretion, there to have been any malpractice throughout the Entry Period.  

Any decision of Philip Kingsley as to eligibility to take part in the prize draw, or the result of the prize draw will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.  

Philip Kingsley accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault [technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure] of any kind, including any failure or non-availability of www.instagram.com.  

The Prize Draw and these terms and conditions are subject to English law. Any disputes must be referred to the English Courts.
