How to Apply
Apply Elasticizer to damp mid-lengths and ends before shampooing, leave for 10–20 minutes, then rinse and wash as usual. After towel-drying, use Root Boosting Spray on roots and Strand Plumping Cream on lengths before blow-drying.
This product is extremely good. I've used other root boosting products before but the Philip Kingsley one is the best. It does not leave a residue and does exactly what it claims. I recommend it 100%.
