THE TREATMENTS

MINOXIDIL SCALP DROPS

Minoxidil is a topical scalp drop solution used to treat female pattern hair loss. Consistency is key with this treatment — it should be applied directly to the affected areas of the scalp daily for best results.

  • Creates an ideal growth environment for your existing hair follicles
  • Highly effective for thinning hair
  • Targeted treatment for all ages and all levels of hair loss
  • Due to the timing of the hair growth cycle, first results should be seen after approximately four months

HAIR SHEDDING SCALP DROPS

Our Hair Shedding Drops are powered by a high-performance blend of clinically supported actives that help to improve scalp health and promote visibly stronger, fuller hair.

  • The formula features Edelweiss Extract, a powerful antioxidant known to stimulate cell regeneration, support hair density, reduce visible hair loss and help minimise the appearance of greying.
  • Baicapil™ is also included, a botanical complex clinically proven to boost hair thickness and density, reduce shedding, plus enhance overall hair vitality.
  • Melatonin Liposome is included for its potential to slow hair loss and support new growth.
  • Finally, Sandalore, a sandalwood-derived active, works by targeting olfactory receptors in the hair follicle to help regulate hair growth cycles, with early studies suggesting it may also benefit the scalp microbiome.

WHAT IS HAIR SHEDDING?

Daily hair shedding is normal. On average, it is normal to lose up to 80-100 hairs per day, provided they are growing back. Yet in the case of telogen effluvium (excessive daily hair shedding), this can rise to as many as 300 being shed within a 24-hour period.

WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?

With telogen effluvium - excessive daily hair shedding - you will see an abnormal amount of hair fall on a daily basis. You may notice this when you wash your hair, or brush and style it. You may even notice it on your pillow. If left untreated, telogen effluvium can result in an overall loss of volume and the general feeling of having less hair than before. You may notice your ponytail is thinner, and/or that it is harder to create bounce or fullness in your style.

WHAT IS FEMALE PATTERN HAIR LOSS?

Female pattern hair loss is a progressive and slow type of hair loss. It means individual hairs are growing back thinner and shorter, with each hair growth cycle. Female pattern hair loss can occur any time after puberty. For many thinning most often begins or worsens around menopause, but it can also occur in younger women.

WHAT DOES IT LOOK LIKE?

You won’t always notice extra hair fall, although shedding can co-exist alongside it. It is usually only noticeable once 15%-20% of hairs have already been affected and is most recognisable in women by a widening of the parting.
